Irene is a passionate TCM practitioner.  Having graduated with a Professional Diploma in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture (Dip.Ac.) from the Acupuncture Foundation Ireland (Irish Institute of Chinese Medicine) she has established Shine Acupuncture based in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone.

At Shine Acupuncture, Irene treats a host of common ailments ranging from digestive disorders, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and depression to auto-immune and musco-skeletal conditions, to name but a few.  Irene has a passion for women’s health and aims to further progress her specialism in gynae, fertility and menopausal issues. 

Shine Acupuncture also offers a host of cosmetic treatments aimed at facial rejuvenation and provides a range of packages for all skin-types and conditions.

Dedicated to life-long learning, Irene continues to engage in TCM research and development and aims to campaign and educate others on its many benefits.

Irene is an active member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture UK.
