Ms Tsoi graduated from a double degree program, bachelor of Chinese Medicine and Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, from the Hong Kong Baptist University in 2010. This program encompasses extensive courses in TCM as well as courses in biomedical and clinical Western medicine, thereby Ms Tsoi was equipped with the ability to integrate modern science and technology with TCM principles on a scientific basis for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Ms Tsoi continued to study in Acupuncture and graduated with Master of Science in Acupuncture from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, in the same time running several busy private TCM clinics in Hong Kong. With enthusiasm for TCM, Ms Tsoi earned the Doctor degree in Chinese Medicine Gynecology from the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 2021. 

Ms Tsoi is an experienced TCM practitioner and good at treating many conditions in general practice, such as eczema, acnes, headache, gastrointestinal disorder, pain management etc. She is particularly specialized in treating gynecological diseases, especially menstrual disorders, infertility, IVF.
