Ms Patrizia Gaio studied Chinese medicine at the Daoist school of Xian Tian College of Chinese medicine, where she graduated in 2019. She also qualified as Qigong teacher 2012.

Her approach to health is very much based on the principle of prevention and self-cultivation. Her aim is to help people to be in charge of their own well-being and she uses full body and ear acupuncture, tuina, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion and qigong to address the imbalances they present.

She also provides educational online sessions to promote the understanding and the implementation of mindful healthy habits in everyday life. These are tailored and delivered either in one to one or small groups live sessions.
