Shunmin Yang graduated from Yangzhou Health School in China in 1990 and qualified as a Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）Nurse. Then she worked as a nurse in Jianye TCM hospital in Nanjing for 4 years. She then joined Nanjing University of TCM and pursued a 4 year training course which enabled her to qualify as a TCM practitioner in 1998. She continued working in Nanjing University of TCM, where she accumulated clinical experiences in many areas. In June 2005, Shunmin was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science in the field of Chinese materia medica by Nanjing University of TCM. Since coming to the UK in 2005, she has been practicing in Llandudno (North Wales).

She specializes in pain treatments, including that of arthritis, headache, sciatica, lower back pain. Her gynecological experience includes treating conditions such as menopause, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, morning sickness and infertility.

Shunmin is registered with the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (UK)(ATCM). She is a member of the Specialty Committee of External Cancer Therapy of World Federation of Chinese Medicines Societies and a member of TCM Preventative Treatment Specialty Committee of WFCMS.
