Dr Chen was educated at the Traditional Chinese Medicine college of Beijing University and graduated with a bachelor degree. Since 1990 he worked as a Chinese Medicine Doctor at a hospital in Beijing.

Dr Chen moved to the UK in 2002 and carry on his career in Bedford and Northampton.
