Mr. Minan YAO is a fully qualified and senior medical doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), who has a master’s degree from Hunan TCM University in China and has over 12 years of work experience in acupuncture, therapeutic massage, herbal medicine, and modern medicine practice. He used to work as a doctor and a teaching assistant at the Specialist Unit on Acupuncture and Pain Relief Department at Ruikang Hospital in Nanning, Guangxing Province, which is the second affiliated hospital to Guangxi TCM university in China for over 4 years. He then was employed as a senior remote site doctor at International SOS, where he was assigned to remote sites in China, Angola, and DR Congo to provide medical services for both local workforces and expatriates from 2013 to 2020.

YAO is versatile in using herbal medicines, acupuncture, and therapeutic massage (Chinese Tuina massage) to treat diseases, especially those related to the musculoskeletal system, respiratory system, and digestive system. In addition, he has been a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) provider, Advanced Life Support (ACLS) provider, and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) provider since 2013.
