About
Mr Chi Hong Leung, Issac was educated at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in Beijing, China, where he obtained his Bachelor of Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
He completed his clinical internship at Dongzhimen Hospital (The First Clinical Medical College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine), under the supervision of Academician Xu Lin and Professor Mu Xiaohong. During his training, he participated in a wide range of orthopaedic and rehabilitation practices, including total hip and knee arthroplasty, arthroscopy, selective dorsal rhizotomy (SDR), and tendon lengthening surgeries for children with cerebral palsy. He also assisted in managing fracture cases and spinal surgeries such as dorsal decompression and anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF).
Mr Leung gained extensive experience in rehabilitation using Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques such as acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and thermotherapy combined with Chinese herbal medications. His clinical experience further includes the management of spondylosis, and arthritis of the hip, knee, and spine.
Mr Leung is currently pursuing further studies in Physiotherapy at the University of Salford, UK, continuing to develop his expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and integrative pain management.
He practises Traditional Chinese Medicine with a holistic, evidence-informed, and patient-centred approach, integrating classical TCM principles with modern clinical practice.
