Miss Lo graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and obtained both a Bachelor degree and a Masters degree in Chinese Medicine. She registered with the Chinese medicine Council of Hong Kong and started her TCM career from 2017 when she was appointed as a Chinese Medicine practitioner at the Yan Chai Hospital in Hong Kong. She gained her clinical experiences in a wide range of internal medicine and dermatology diseases, as well as sports injuries.

After years of practice, Miss Lo’s interest in musculoskeletal conditions made her relocate to Edinburgh and further her studies in Physiotherapy at Queen Magaret University. She obtained a MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-registration) degree and became a physiotherapist registered with the HCPC. She also completed the ITEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Massage.

Miss Lo is an experienced TCM practitioner and practices acupuncture and herbal medicine, alongside Tui Na, cupping and sports massage with significant experiences in pain management and stroke recovery. In her practice, she aims at combining both TCM and modern physiotherapy techniques to provide the best possible outcomes for patients. She is now practicing privately as a TCM consultant in Scotland.
